More information about the expiration date of human drug patents can be obtained from the Food and Drug Administration, the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research. The patents and exclusivity appendices of "Approved Drug Products with Evaluation of Therapeutic Equivalence" and "Orange Book" include human drug products and related patent information in alphabetical order according to their generic names.
